  • Serving Whatcom County

Three promises

Every job we take falls under one of three

01

Prepare the site

Get a property ready for construction or landscaping — clearing, tear-out, staging, protection, and gravel base work before the first trade shows up.

02

Support the contractor

Labor, material runs, logistics, and cleanup for trade professionals. Extra hands that keep your crew on the work they are actually licensed to do.

03

Restore the property

Cleanup, landscaping, gravel work, small repairs, and seasonal maintenance that leave the property better than the day the job started.

Who we work for

One standard of work.
Whoever it's for.

Contractors and homeowners are who we work with most, so here's what that looks like for each. Property managers, landlords, realtors, and anyone else with a property that needs work — the standard is the same. Just ask.

Reliable subcontracted labor and site work

Remodelers, deck builders, and landscapers who need a crew that shows up, works clean, and hands the site back ready for the next phase.

Built for the trades

How we support the trades

A look at what our support typically covers, grouped by the kind of work you do. These aren't fixed packages — take what you need, leave what you don't, and we'll work it around your build calendar.

Work in a trade that isn't listed? The same support applies. Tell us how your jobs run and we'll fit around them.

For property owners

Your project.
Our labor.

Plenty of homeowners want to do the work themselves — they just don't want to do all of it. We take on the parts that need a truck, a strong back, or a free Saturday you don't have. Hire us for the whole job or just the part you're stuck on.

Extra Hands on Your Project

Doing the project yourself but short on muscle or time? We work alongside you on the heavy, slow parts.

Demo & Tear-Out

The messy first step of most DIY projects. We tear out the old deck, fence, shed, or flooring so you can start fresh.

Prep Work Before You Build

Gravel pads, paver base, hand excavation, and leveling — the groundwork that makes a DIY build sit right.

Material Runs & Moving

Pickup and delivery of gravel, bark, lumber, and rock, plus moving it to where you actually need it.

Small Repairs & Patching

Fence boards, gate latches, deck boards, drywall patches, and gravel potholes — the fixes that keep getting put off.

Cleanup & Debris Removal

When the project is done, we clear the debris, sweep up, and remove what is left behind.

Yard & Landscape Refresh

Brush clearing, bed cleanup, fresh bark or rock, sod, and edging to bring a tired yard back.

Garage & Property Cleanout

Sort, clear, and sweep — including appliances, scrap metal, wood waste, and vacant property cleanup.

Storm & Seasonal Recovery

Downed brush, scattered debris, leaf cleanup, and seasonal damage cleared out.

Not sure where your project ends and ours begins? Describe it and we'll tell you straight.
